Please be sure to check it for length and accuracy and try again. The CVV code (or CVN code) is the 3 or 4 digit "secret code" on the back of your credit card. Turn over your card and you will likely see 7 digits, the last 4 digits of your card number, then the 3 or 4 digit CVV code. For your security, the CVV code is required and you can not complete checkout without this information. The card type you have selected does not match the number entered. Please try again. Make sure you have selected the correct card type from the drop-down menu, either Visa or Mastercard. If you want to use Discover or American Express, choose the Paypal method of payment or call us at 925-914-9377.
Your card has been declined, please try a different card or contact your bank. This sometimes means you are over your limit or you have entered the wrong CVV code, but sometimes you will get this error message if you entered the wrong address as your billing address. Go to your address book and check the billing address for accuracy. This is the address where your credit card statement is mailed. There's no option for Discover, American Express, Check/Money order, etc. You can use Discover and American Express by calling us: 925-914-9377 or by choosing the Paypal option. You do not need a Paypal account to use this option. Paypal is the preferred payment gateway for millions of online shoppers and is 100% safe and easy to use. You can also submit an electronic check (e-check) through Paypal.
