The most common issues at checkout are: - The CVV code supplied is invalid. Please be sure to check it for length and accuracy and try again.
The CVV code (also called CVN code or security code) is the 3 digit "secret code" on the back of your credit card. Turn over your card and you will likely see 7 digits, the last 4 digits of your card number, then the 3 digit CVV code. For your security, the CVV code is required and you can not complete checkout without this information. - The card type you have selected does not match the number entered. Please try again.
Make sure you have selected the correct card type from the drop-down menu. - Your card has been declined, please try a different card or contact your bank.
This sometimes means you are over your limit, entered the wrong expiration date or you have entered the wrong CVV code, but sometimes you will get this error message if you entered the wrong address as your billing address. Go to your address book and check the billing address for accuracy. This is the address where your credit card statement is mailed. - Please select a payment method for this order
Make sure that you have selected either "Credit Card" or "Paypal" at checkout. If you accidentally have the button clicked next to Paypal and enter all your credit card information, it will be lost when you go to the next page because the system will send you to Paypal. - There's no option for Check/Money order

- You can also fax your order to 925-672-8404. Be sure to include your name, billing address, shipping address (if different than billing), credit card number, expiration date and CVV code. Also include the best phone number and email address to reach you in case we have any questions about your order.
- Packages are shipped discreetly in white bags or USPS provided boxes. The return address will say "Shipping Department" with no mention of OhCheri or lingerie.

International guests, please read: Paypal is the preferred method of payment available at checkout. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express at Paypal checkout. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service. If you use the credit card option our software will probably NOT be able to verify your billing address and this will cause substantial delays. We STRONGLY recommend using Paypal at checkout.
