  • The most common error at checkout is a billing address no-match. Your billing addess must match the information on file with your credit card company.
  • Please also confirm your expiration date and the CSC (security code) matches the information on your card.
  • Discount code problems? Be sure to enter the code exactly (NEW10, for example, not NEW 10) and click the Redeem button. If that isn't the problem, possibly the code has expired. If you're not sure why your discount code doesn't work please contact us at 925-914-9377 or info@ohcheri.com.
  • Using a gift card? Be sure you have clicked the link in your email, this will load the gift card balance into your Oh Cheri! account. (You will need to create an account if you don't already have one.) There will be a little box under the Redeem field that says Use Gift Card Balance? Clicking this box will apply any gift card balance.
