What is your Return Policy? 

 

Oh Cheri! is able to keep prices low and offer the widest variety of sizes and styles because of our inventory management system. We keep some stock, and those items ship right away. If we have to order your item it could be 5-7 business days before your order ships.  If you have a lingerie emergency (and we know this happens...) contact us! We will do everything possible to take care of you.  

        

Why don't you offer expedited shipping? 

Because we don't always have the item you want in stock, we don't offer expedited shipping at checkout.  Contact us at info@ohcheri.com or call 925-914-9377 to check inventory and/or arrange for faster shipping. 

 

What's a CSC code? 

This is the 3 digit security code on the back of your credit card or the 4 digit code on the front of an American Express card. 

 

What is your shipping policy?

  • All USA orders are shipped free. We ship via United States Postal Service, either First Class or Priority, depending on the weight of the package.  If you need it faster, contact us to make arrangements.  
  • International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $20 for Canada and $27 for the rest of the world. 
  • Packages are shipped discretely, with no mention of lingerie anywhere on the outside.  The return address will say Shipping Department. 
  • You will NEVER receive anything by mail except your orders.  We do not have a print catalog.

Why won't my discount code work?

  • You may see an error message if you have already used a code on a previous order or if it has expired.  If you're still not sure why your code won't work, please contact us.

What's the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, tracking information is emailed to you.  We ship everything "No Signature Required" to save you the hassle of going to the Post Office.  If you are concerned that someone may steal your package out of your mailbox or off your front porch PLEASE add a comment to your order that you want it shipped "Signature Required".  We will do this at no extra charge.

Why don't you have an 800 number?

Back in the old days, before everyone had a cell phone, Internet access and email, an 800 number made a lot of sense. Now, it's just an extra expense that we would have to pass on to our customers in our pricing. If you don't want to have a long conversation on your long distance bill, we will be very happy to take your phone number and call you back on our dime.

 

Is my information private and secure? 

We know you are concerned about Internet security. We will never pass on any information about you to a third party.  We also do not store your financial information on our website, all credit card payments are handled by Bank of America or you can choose Paypal, an industry leader in security. Our site is encrypted once you reach the login area so your personal information is secure.

All packages are shipped discreetly with no indication of what's inside.  The return address will say Shipping Dept.

 

Are you going to email me?  Or send stuff to me in the mail?

No!  We hate junk mail and SPAM as much as the next guy.  Junk mail is a waste of natural resources and money.  The only emails you will recieve are updates or questions about your orders.  Of course, we do hope you will sign up for the newsletter.  If you are on our mailing list you will receive 3-4 emails a month announcing new products and promotions.  It's easy to subscribe and just as easy to unsubscribe.

 

Why won't my order go through or why is my order declined?

  • Make sure the Primary address in your address book matches the billing address on your credit card.  
  • You must enter a phone number or the credit card authorization will be declined.  This is for your security.
  • You must enter the CSC code (the 3 digit security code on the back of your credit card or debit card).  If you don't have this code your order can not be processed.   
  • If you are still having problems, please contact customer service via email at: info@ohcheri.com or call 925-914-9377.  We'll be happy to look into your order and we can process it manually if necessary.
  • There is a compatibility issue with some mobile devices. If you can't check out using your iPad, iPhone, etc. please place your order by phone or use a different computer type. The Safari browser is especially troublesome.

Credit Card, Check/Money Order, or Paypal?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, or you can choose Paypal and be redirected to Paypal.com to complete your payment.   Paypal can process Discover, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and e-checks.  (You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal.) 

OhCheri.com accepts checks or money orders if you prefer to send your order via snail mail. The mailing address is: 5100 B-1 Clayton Rd # 136, Concord, CA. 94521.
