- Most items are returnable, please see exceptions listed below.
- Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any article of clothing that has a crotch, such as one-piece items (like a teddy), panties, pantyhose and mens underwear. (For corsets, babydolls, etc. that include a g-string we assume you are only trying on the main garment so this would not apply to those returns.)
- We must receive your return within 20 calendar days after ship date in brand new condition. If your return is missing the original packaging or tags, or if it looks or smells worn, if it's excessively wrinkled, etc. it will be sent back to you.
Wigs can not be returned. - All sales of Specials/Clearance items are final, no returns or exchanges.
- Swimwear is not returnable.
- Costumes are not returnable, exchanges allowed for size only. Please call 925-914-9377 before returning costumes.
- Rhinestone lingerie and jewelry is not returnable.
- Squeem brand body shaper returns require a return authorization number. There will be a $10 restocking fee for all returns and exchanges.
- $10 restocking fee per item on leather and vinyl for size exchanges. There are no refunds offered for leather or vinyl products.
- Timeless steel boned underbust corsets will be charged a $20 restocking fee for both returns and exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully and ask questions before ordering.
- Ujena clothing will be charged a $20 restocking fee for returns and exchanges. (Ujena swimwear can not be returned or exchanged.)
You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us or the manufacturer. Please include a copy of your original packing slip or any other information we may need to credit the proper account. Be sure to let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. We highly recommend using a method that provides a tracking number and insurance...we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
