- Ujena products are not returnable, please ask questions before ordering.
- Costumes are not returnable, exchanges allowed for size only. Please call 925-914-9377 before returning costumes.
- Squeem brand body shaper returns require a return authorization number. There will be a $10 restocking fee for all returns and exchanges.
- $10 restocking fee per item on Allure brand leather and vinyl for returns and/or exchanges.
- Timeless corsets will be charged a $20 restocking fee for both returns and exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully and ask questions before ordering.
- Items must be received within 30 calendar days after ship date and must be in resalable, brand new condition. If your return is missing the original packaging or tags, or if it looks or smells worn, if it's excessively wrinkled, etc. it will be sent back to you.
- Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
- Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any article of clothing that has a crotch, such as one-piece items (like a teddy), panties and pantyhose. This includes mens underwear. Wigs must be returned in the sealed package.
You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us or the manufacturer. Please include a copy of your original packing slip or any other information we may need to credit the proper account. Be sure to let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. We highly recommend using a method that provides a tracking number and insurance...we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
