Return Policy

All returns require a Return Authorization.  Please call 925-914-9377 or email before returning anything. 


Packages received without Return Authorization will be refused. 

  • We must receive your return within 14 calendar days after ship date in brand new condition.  If your return is missing the original packaging, if the tags have been removed or if it looks or smells worn it will be sent back to you. ***No returns or exchanges after 14 days from the ship date.***

The best way to avoid the hassle of a return is to ask questions.  Contact us for help with sizing, etc.


Size Charts 


Most items are returnable, please see exceptions listed below:
  • Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any article of clothing that touches your crotch, such as one-piece items (like a teddy or bodystocking), panties, pantyhose, pants, leggings and mens underwear.  (For corsets, babydolls, etc. that include a g-string we assume you are only trying on the main garment so this would not apply to those returns.)
    • Costumes (including masks) are not refundable, exchanges allowed for size only on costumes.   
    • Wigs can not be returned or exchanged.
    • Leather and vinyl can not be refunded, size exchange allowed with $10 restocking fee.
    • Specials/Clearance can not be returned or exchanged.  All sales final on items marked down from original price. This includes all item with the price ending in .99
    • Timeless (or Black Iris) steel boned corsets will be charged a $20 restocking fee for both returns and exchanges.  Please check the size chart carefully and ask questions before ordering.
    • Elegant Moments swimwear is not returnable under any circumstances. All sales final.
    • All sales final on adult toys. No refunds, returns or exchanges. If you receive a faulty item please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.

Products purchased using a Gift Card are only exchangable, no cash refunds will be given for the Gift Card portion of the order.

You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us or the manufacturer.  Please include a copy of your original packing slip or any other information we may need to credit the proper account.  Be sure to let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  We highly recommend using a method that provides a tracking number and insurance...we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Please be aware if your returned item is not in perfect resalable condition it will be sent back to you.
  • We reserve the right to close your account if (in our opinion) you have excessive returns.
